We are holding a Covid-19 Vaccination event at  Nordstrom – Bellevue on June 7, 2022 from at 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

WE WILL ADMINISTER THE FOLLOWING VACCINES (PRIME SERIES AND  BOOSTERS – THERE ARE NO THIRD DOSES AUTHORIZED FOR ANYONE UNDER 5):

-PFIZER FOR 12+

-MODERNA 18+

WE WILL PROVIDE 1ST, 2ND, 3RD AND 4TH COVID-19 DOSES (PER CDC/FDA GUIDELINES).

INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR VACCINES.  THE GOVERNMENT FUNDING FOR UNINSURED HAS RAN OUT (CLICK LINK).

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in the assembly area.

Please bring your driver’s license (or parent’s/guardian’s) and insurance card.  You do not need to bring an insurance card if you do not have insurance.

Please bring your vaccination card if you had prior doses of any vaccine.
