We are holding a Covid-19 Vaccination event at Charles Wright Academy on June 3, 2022.

We will administer the following vaccines (PRIME SERIES AND  BOOSTERS – 3rd AND 4th doses per cdc guidelines (BOOSTER FOR 5+):

-Pfizer for 5+

-Moderna 18+

–TDAP Vaccines for 12-18 YEars

We will provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Covid-19 doses (per CDC/FDA guidelines).

Insurance REQUIRED FOR VACCINES.  The government funding for uninsured has ran out (Click Link).

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in the assembly area.

Please bring your driver’s license (or parent’s/guardian’s) and insurance card.  You do not need to bring an insurance card if you do not have insurance.
